Amending O. Reg. 336/06

(HIGHER EDUCATION QUALITY COUNCIL OF ONTARIO)

1. Subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 336/06 is amended by striking out “by the Act or this Regulation” and substituting “by the Act, this Regulation or section 11.0.1 of the Ministry of Infrastructure Act, 2011”.

2. Subsection 6 (4) of the Regulation is revoked.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 2 to the Reducing Inefficiencies Act (Infrastructure Statute Law Amendments), 2023 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
