Amending O. Reg. 91/02

(GENERAL)

1. Items 26, 27, 28 and 53 of the Table to section 6 of Ontario Regulation 91/02 are revoked and the following substituted:

 

26.	Ministry of the Solicitor General	Persons who are police officers as defined in the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019	Course of employment
27.	Ministry of the Solicitor General	Director — Criminal Intelligence Service of Ontario	Course of employment
28.	Ministry of the Solicitor General	Correctional officers, probation officers, parole officers and special investigators	Course of employment

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 2 (1) of Schedule 1 (Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019) to the Comprehensive Ontario Police Services Act, 2019 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
