Amending O. Reg. 199/07

(COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE INSPECTIONS)

1. Clause (b) of the definition of “emergency vehicle” in subsection 1 (2) of Ontario Regulation 199/07 is revoked and the following substituted:

(b)  a vehicle used by a member of a police service or on behalf of a police service, or

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 2 (1) of Schedule 1 (Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019) to the Comprehensive Ontario Police Services Act, 2019 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
