Amending O. Reg. 215/23

(GENERAL)

1. Section 30 of Ontario Regulation 215/23 is revoked and the following substituted:

Inspecting body

30. Accreditation Canada is prescribed as the inspecting body for the purposes of the Act.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of April 1, 2024 and the day this Regulation is filed.
