Amending O. Reg. 114/94

(GENERAL)

1. The definition of “procedure” in subsection 44 (1) of Ontario Regulation 114/94 is amended by striking out “or” at the end of clause (c), by adding “or” at the end of clause (d) and by adding the following clause:

(e)  a service in respect of which an integrated community health services centre within the meaning of the Integrated Community Health Services Centres Act, 2023 is licensed.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of April 1, 2024 and the day this Regulation is filed.
