Amending O. Reg. 332/12

(BUILDING CODE)

1. The definition of “temporary health or residential facility” in Sentence 1.3.7.1.(1) of Division C of Ontario Regulation 332/12 is amended by adding “that was occupied, in accordance with Article 1.3.7.3., before April 1, 2024 and” after “structure” in the portion before clause (a).

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
