Amending O. Reg. 253/07

(FIREFIGHTERS)

1. Section 2 of Ontario Regulation 253/07 is amended by striking out “and (4)” and substituting “(4) and (4.1)”.

2. Paragraph 8 of section 4 of the Regulation is revoked.

3. (1) Subsection 5 (5) of the Regulation is revoked.

(2) Subsection 5 (6) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “clause 1 (b) and subsections (2), (3), (4) and (5)” in the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting “subsection 15.1 (4.2) of the Act, clause 1 (b) and subsections (2), (3) and (4)”.

Commencement

4. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 1 (1) of Schedule 4 to the Working for Workers Four Act, 2024 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
