Amending O. Reg. 223/07

(ENVIRONMENTAL PENALTIES)

1. Subsection 3 (3) of Ontario Regulation 223/07 is amended by striking out “a plant described in subsection (1)” in the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting “a plant described in subsection (1), other than a plant described in item 86 of Table 1”.

2. Item 86 of Table 1 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
