Amending O. Reg. 390/19

(PRESCRIBED ORGANIZATION)

1. Ontario Regulation 390/19 is amended by adding the following section:

Critical Care Services Ontario

3. Pursuant to paragraph 8 of subsection 40 (2) of the Act and to subsection 40 (3.1) of the Act, the program of University Health Network known as Critical Care Services Ontario is prescribed as an organization for the purposes of subsection 40 (1) of the Act.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
