The areas in the municipal Township of Uxbridge, Regional Municipality of Durham, being composed of,
(a)  part of Lots 23, 24 and 25, Concession 5, geographic Township of Uxbridge, designated as Parts 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 on Reference Plan 40R-19772, excepting Parts 1, 2 and 3 on Reference Plan 40R-29118, comprising all of Property Identification Number 26837-0137 in the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40);
(b)  part of Lots 22 and 23, Concession 5, geographic Township of Uxbridge, designated as Part 1 on Reference Plan 40R-19751, comprising all of Property Identification Number 26837-0113 in the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40);
(c)  part of Lots 24 and 25, Concession 5, geographic Township of Uxbridge, designated as Part 2 on Reference Plan 40R-19772, comprising all of Property Identification Number 26837-0114 in the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40);
(d)  part of Lot 23, Concession 5, geographic Township of Uxbridge, designated as Part 1 on Reference Plan 40R-19174, comprising all of Property Identification Number 26837-0067 in the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40);
(e)  part of Lots 21, 22 and 23, Concession 5, geographic Township of Uxbridge, designated as Part 1 on Reference Plan 40R-19100, comprising all of Property Identification Number 26837-0092 in the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40);
(f)  part of Lot 21, Concession 5, geographic Township of Uxbridge, designated as Part 1 on Reference Plan 40R-19094, comprising all of Property Identification Number 26837-0102 in the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40);
(g)  part of Lot 20, Concession 5, geographic Township of Uxbridge, designated as Part 1 on Reference Plan 40R-24858, comprising all of Property Identification Number 26836-0016 in the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40);
(h)  part of Lot 19, Concession 5, geographic Township of Uxbridge, designated as Part 2 on Reference Plan 40R-24858, comprising all of the Property Identification Number 26836-0019 in the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40);
(i)  part of Lots 17 and 18, Concession 6, geographic Township of Uxbridge, designated as Part 1 on Reference Plan 40R-5190, subject to an easement as in Instrument Number UX14760, comprising all of Property Identification Number 26836-0065 in the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40); and
(j)  all of Lot 14 and part of Lot 15, Concession 6, geographic Township of Uxbridge, designated as Parts 1, 2, and 3 on Reference Plan 40R-24857, subject to an easement as in Instrument Number CO60690, comprising all of Property Identification Number 26393-0013 in the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40).

Bronte Creek Provincial Park (Recreational Class)

In the geographic Township of Nelson, in the City of Burlington, and in the geographic Township of Trafalgar, in the Town of Oakville, in the Regional Municipality of Halton, containing 682 hectares, more or less, being composed of those parts of the said geographic townships designated as Parts 1, 2 and 3, on a plan known as Bronte Creek Provincial Park (Recreation Class), filed on December 8, 2003 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources, except that area of land designated as Part 6 on Reference Plan 20R-21024, and that area of land designated as Part 8 on Reference Plan 20R-21031, contained within the extents of Part 1 on a plan known as Bronte Creek Provincial Park (Recreation Class), filed on December 8, 2003 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.
