Amending O. Reg. 419/15

(DEFINITIONS OF COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE AND TOW TRUCK)

1. Subsection 2 (1) of Ontario Regulation 419/15 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

0.1 Subsection 7 (3.2).

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 5 of Schedule 2 to the Get It Done Act, 2024 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
