Amending Reg. 950 of R.R.O. 1990

(PROCEEDINGS COMMENCED BY CERTIFICATE OF OFFENCE)

1. (1) Schedule 43 to Regulation 950 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following items:

 

1.1

Drive motor vehicle, no permit — commercial motor vehicle

clause 7 (1) (a)

2.1

Drive motor vehicle, no currently validated permit —commercial motor vehicle

clause 7 (1) (a)

 

(2) Items 6 and 7 of Schedule 43 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

 

	6.	Drive motor vehicle, no validation on plate	clause 7 (1) (c)
	7.	Drive motor vehicle, validation improperly affixed	clause 7 (1) (c)

 

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the latest of the following days:

1. July 1, 2024.

2. The day section 5 of Schedule 2 to the Get It Done Act, 2024 comes into force.

3. The day this Regulation is filed.
