Amending O. Reg. 45/22

(GENERAL)

1. (1) Subsection 28 (1) of Ontario Regulation 45/22 is amended by striking out “a registered pharmacy student or a pharmacy technician” and substituting “a Part A pharmacy technician or an intern technician” in the portion before paragraph 1.

(2) Paragraph 1 of subsection 28 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “a registered pharmacy student or a pharmacy technician” and substituting “a Part A pharmacy technician or an intern technician”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of October 1, 2024 and the day this Regulation is filed.
