Amending O. Reg. 632/94

(PUBLIC BODIES)

1. (1) Paragraph 1 of section 1 of Ontario Regulation 632/94 is revoked and the following substituted:

1. The Crown in right of Canada.

(2) The English version of paragraph 5 of section 1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “his or her capacity” and substituting “the Chief Executive Officer’s capacity”.

(3) Section 1 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

7. Ontario Power Generation.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
