Amending O. Reg. 282/98

(GENERAL)

1. Ontario Regulation 282/98 is amended by adding the following section:

Subclass for Property Used for Aggregate Extraction

22.2 (1) A subclass for property used for aggregate extraction is prescribed for the industrial property class for the 2024 taxation year.

(2) The subclass mentioned in subsection (1) consists of land in the industrial property class that is described in paragraph 2.2 or 2.3 of subsection 6 (2).

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
