Amending O. Reg. 8/18

(REQUIREMENTS FOR DIRECT AGREEMENTS SUBJECT TO SECTION 43.1 OF ACT)

1. (1) Paragraph 1 of subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 8/18 is amended by striking out “January 16, 2018” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “July 19, 2024”.

(2) Subsection 1 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services” and substituting “Consumer Protection Ontario”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
