Amending O. Reg. 353/02

(APPROVAL AUTHORITY — PLANS OF SUBDIVISION)

1. Schedule 3 to Ontario Regulation 353/02 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

10.1.0.1 Municipality of Magnetawan.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of September 1, 2024 and the day this Regulation is filed.
