Amending Reg. 950 of R.R.O. 1990

(PROCEEDINGS COMMENCED BY CERTIFICATE OF OFFENCE)

1. Schedule 0.3 to Regulation 950 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following items:

 

26.	Cultivate cannabis in dwelling where child care other than in-home services is provided	subsection 13.1 (1)
27.	Propagate cannabis in dwelling where child care other than in-home services is provided	subsection 13.1 (1)
28.	Harvest cannabis in dwelling where child care other than in-home services is provided	subsection 13.1 (1)

 

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 2 to the Enhancing Access to Justice Act, 2024 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
