Amending O. Reg. 745/21

(GENERAL)

1. The definition of “wine boutique” in subsection 1 (2) of Ontario Regulation 745/21 is revoked.

2. Subsection 11 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “wine boutique, grocery store” and substituting “grocery store”.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
