Amending O. Reg. 355/22

(ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES FOR CONTRAVENTIONS DETECTED USING CAMERA SYSTEMS)

1. The French version of the definition of “victims’ justice fund account” in section 1 of Ontario Regulation 355/22 is amended by striking out “Charte de 1995 des droits des victimes d’actes criminels” and substituting “Charte de 1995 des droits des victimes d’infractions criminelles”.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 18 to the Enhancing Access to Justice Act, 2024 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
