Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. Subsection 7 (3) of Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked.

2. Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Part 5 of Schedule 96 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

District of Parry Sound – Municipality of Callander

District of Nipissing – Municipality of East Ferris

1.  That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 94 lying between a point situate at its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Lansdowne Street in the Municipality of Callander in the Territorial District of Parry Sound and a point situate 70 metres measured easterly from the centre line of the east junction of the roadway known as Eglington Road North in the Municipality of East Ferris in the Territorial District of Nipissing.

District of Nipissing – Municipality of East Ferris

2.  That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 94 in the Municipality of East Ferris in the Territorial District of Nipissing lying between a point situate 550 metres measured easterly from the centre line of the roadway known as Treadlightly Drive and a point situate 490 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Ridgemount Drive.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
