Amending O. Reg. 466/22

(LODGING IN PROVINCIAL AND DEMONSTRATION SCHOOLS)

1. The definition of “Building Code” in section 1 of Ontario Regulation 466/22 is amended by striking out “332/12” and substituting “163/24”.

2. Subsection 11 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “49 degrees Celsius” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “43 degrees Celsius”.

3. This Regulation comes into force on January 1, 2025.
