Amending O. Reg. 76/14

(GRANTS FOR STUDENT NEEDS — LEGISLATIVE GRANTS FOR THE 2014-2015 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR)

1. The French version of Ontario Regulation 76/14 is amended by striking out “de l’enfance en difficulté” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “spécialisée”, except in the following provisions:

1. Subsection 3 (3).

2. Clause 20 (2) (a).

3. Subsection 20 (3).

4. Clause 22 (1) (a).

5. Clause 65 (2) (a).

2. The French version of subsection 25 (6) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “d’enseignement à l’enfance en difficulté” and substituting “d’éducation spécialisée”.

3. The French version of the heading to Column 4 of Table 1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “l’ÉED” and substituting “l’éducation spécialisée”.

Commencement

4. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 1 (4) of Schedule 2 to the Better Schools and Student Outcomes Act, 2023 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
