Amending O. Reg. 132/12

(CLASS SIZE)

1. The French version of subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 132/12 is amended by striking out “élèves en difficulté” wherever it occurs and substituting in each case “élèves ayant des besoins particuliers en éducation spécialisée”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 1 (4) of Schedule 2 to the Better Schools and Student Outcomes Act, 2023 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
