Amending O. Reg. 221/11

(EXTENDED DAY AND THIRD PARTY PROGRAMS)

1. The French version of subsection 6 (4) of Ontario Regulation 221/11 is amended by striking out “d’éducation à l’enfance en difficulté” at the end and substituting “d’éducation spécialisée”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 1 (4) of Schedule 2 to the Better Schools and Student Outcomes Act, 2023 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
