Amending O. Reg. 285/18

(CALCULATION OF FEES FOR PUPILS FOR THE 2018-2019 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR)

1. The French version of section 3 of Ontario Regulation 285/18 is amended by striking out “de l’enfance en difficulté” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “spécialisée”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 1 (4) of Schedule 2 to the Better Schools and Student Outcomes Act, 2023 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
