Amending Reg. 552 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. (1) The definition of “schedule of benefits” in subsection 1 (1) of Regulation 552 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

48.  Amendments dated February 14, 2025 (effective as of March 3, 2025).

(2) The definition of “schedule of laboratory benefits” in subsection 1 (1) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

“schedule of laboratory benefits” means the document published by the Ministry of Health titled “Schedule of Benefits for Laboratory Services”, dated February 14, 2025 (effective as of March 3, 2025), which is available on a website of the Government of Ontario;

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on March 3, 2025 or, if this Regulation is filed after that day, this Regulation is deemed to have come into force on that day.
