SKILLED TRADES ONTARIO - ADDITIONAL OBJECTS AND POWERS

Additional object of the Corporation

1. For the purposes of paragraph 10 of section 40 of the Act, the following is prescribed as an additional object of the Corporation:

1.  To assist the Ministry in fulfilling Ontario’s obligations to report to the federal government in relation to trades and apprenticeship.

Prescribed matter, collection and use of personal information

2. For the purposes of paragraph 4 of subsection 62 (2) of the Act, the following is  prescribed as a matter for which the Corporation may collect and use personal information:

1.  Assisting the Ministry in fulfilling Ontario’s obligations to report to the federal government in relation to trades and apprenticeship.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
