Amending O. Reg. 290/13

(PROVINCIAL JUDGES’ PENSION PLAN)

1. (1) Subsection 60.2 (2) of Ontario Regulation 290/13 is amended by striking out “Order in Council 1273/2018” and substituting “Order in Council 1605/2024”.

(2) Subsection 60.2 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “April 20, 2022” and substituting “April 1, 2024” and by striking out “March 31, 2024” and substituting “March 31, 2026”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
