Amending O. Reg. 134/98

(GENERAL)

1. Section 53 of Ontario Regulation 134/98 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

20. A Canada Disability Benefit payment under the Canada Disability Benefit Act.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on July 1, 2025 or, if this Regulation is filed after that day, this Regulation is deemed to have come into force on that day.
