Amending Reg. 534 of R.R.O. 1990

(MISCELLANEOUS)

1. (1) Clause 9 (1) (c) of Regulation 534 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “(excluding propane)”.

(2) Clause 9 (2) (c) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “(other than propane)”.

2. The Regulation is amended by striking out “aviation fuel or propane” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “or aviation fuel”.

3. The Regulation is amended by striking out “aviation fuel and propane” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “and aviation fuel”.

Commencement

4. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2025 and the day this Regulation is filed.
