Amending Reg. 756 of R.R.O. 1990

(MARKETING BOARDS)

1. Section 3 of Regulation 756 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

3. Each marketing board shall keep minutes of all meetings and shall provide the Commission with access to those minutes upon request.

2. Section 6 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “report of the auditor or auditors” and substituting “auditor’s report”.

3. Section 8 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

8. A marketing board shall make a general report of its operations for a fiscal year and shall forward a copy of the report to the Commission.

Commencement

4. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
