Amending O. Reg. 102/72
(RESTRICTED AREAS — COUNTY OF ONTARIO (NOW THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF DURHAM), TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING (NOW THE CITY OF PICKERING))
1. Ontario Regulation 102/72 is amended by adding the following section:
120. (1) Despite any other provision of this Order, one additional dwelling is permitted on the lands described in subsection (4).
(2) The zoning requirements set out in subsection 62 (1) apply to the use permitted by subsection (1) of this section.
(3) The use permitted by subsection (1) shall be contained only in the basement of an existing dwelling located on the lands described in subsection (4).
(4) Subsections (1), (2) and (3) apply to that parcel of land situated in the City of Pickering in the Regional Municipality of Durham, being lands described as part of Lot 10, Concession 5, designated as Part 2 on Reference Plan 40R9526 and further identified by Property Identification Number 26403-0084 (LT) registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40).

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
