Amending O. Reg. 626/20

(GENERAL)

1. Ontario Regulation 626/20 is amended by adding the following section:

Information for registrar

2.2 Information demonstrating that the requirements of sections 53 and 53.1 of the Act have been met is prescribed for the purposes of clause 34 (1) (b) of the Act.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2026 and the day section 4 of Schedule 1 to the Homeowner Protection Act, 2024 comes into force.
