(GENERAL)

1. Ontario Regulation 219/94 is amended by adding the following Part:

PART V
MISCELLANEOUS

24. The spousal exception in subsection 1 (5) of the Health Professions Procedural Code applies in respect of the College.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
