Amending Reg. 735 of R.R.O. 1990

(ESTABLISHMENT OF LOCAL ROADS AREAS - NORTHWESTERN REGION)

1. Schedule 10 to Regulation 735 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

SCHEDULE 10
JACQUES LOCAL ROADS AREA

All that portion of the township of Jacques in the Territorial District of Thunder Bay shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-1303-3, filed with the Record Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on May 23, 2025.

2. Schedule 59 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

SCHEDULE 59
REDDITT LOCAL ROADS AREA

All that portion of the township of Redditt in the Territorial District of Kenora shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-689-5, filed with the Record Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on May 23, 2025.

3. Schedule 117 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

SCHEDULE 117
LACLU LOCAL ROADS AREA

All that portion of the township of Laclu in the Territorial District of Kenora, shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-505-A3, filed with the Record Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on May 23, 2025.

Commencement

4. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
