Amending O. Reg. 363/16

(GENERAL)

1. Section 2 of Ontario Regulation 363/16 is amended by striking out “13.1 per cent” and substituting “23.5 per cent”.

2. Subsection 4 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “13.1 per cent” and substituting “23.5 per cent”.

3. (1) Subsection 16 (2) of Ontario Regulation 342/19, which would remake the French version of subparagraph 3 ii of subsection 1.1 (1) of the Regulation, is revoked.

(2) Subsection 16 (3) of Ontario Regulation 342/19, which would remake the French version of subparagraph 3 ii of subsection 18 (1) of the Regulation, is revoked.

Commencement

4. (1) Except as otherwise provided in this section, this Regulation comes into force on the later of November 1, 2025 and the day this Regulation is filed.

(2) Section 3 comes into force on the day this Regulation is filed.
