Amending O. Reg. 162/23

(CHARGES FOR TOWING AND VEHICLE STORAGE SERVICES)

1. Subsection 6 (2) of Ontario Regulation 162/23 is amended by striking out “exceed the cost” and substituting “exceed 1.15 times the cost”.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
