Amending O. Reg. 135/24

(O.P.P. DETACHMENT BOARDS)

1. (1) Item 8 of Table 1 to Ontario Regulation 135/24 is revoked and the following substituted:

Frontenac O.P.P. Detachment

One member appointed by each of the following municipalities, who is a member of the council of the municipality, for a total of two members: Central Frontenac Township and North Frontenac Township. Two members appointed by South Frontenac Township who are members of the council of the municipality. One member who is neither a member of the council of, nor an employee of, South Frontenac Township, appointed by South Frontenac Township. One member appointed by Shabot Obaadjiwan First Nation. One member who is neither a member of the council of, nor an employee of, any of the following municipalities, who is jointly appointed by the following municipalities: Central Frontenac Township and North Frontenac Township. Two members appointed by the Minister.

 

(2) Item 9 of Table 1 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “Anishinaabeck” in Column 2 and substituting “Anishinaabek”.

(3) Item 10 of Table 1 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “Ojibway Nation of Saugeen First Nation (New Saugeen)” in Column 2 and substituting “Chippewas of Saugeen”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
