Amending O. Reg. 339/94

(DEMERIT POINT SYSTEM)

1. Subsection 3 (1) of Ontario Regulation 339/94 is amended by striking out “section 78 or 78.1 of the Act” at the end and substituting “section 78, 78.1 or 172 of the Act”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 6 of the Safer Roads and Communities Act, 2024 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
