Amending O. Reg. 217/25

(RESTRICTED TOWING ZONES)

1. Ontario Regulation 217/25 is amended by striking out “an area designated in the Schedule to the French Language Services Act” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “an area designated for the purposes of clause 5 (1) (b) of the French Language Services Act”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of April 1, 2026 and the day section 4 of Schedule 5 to the Reducing Gridlock, Saving You Time Act, 2024 comes into force.
