Amending O. Reg. 620/05

(HIGH OCCUPANCY VEHICLE LANES)

1. Ontario Regulation 620/05 is amended by striking out “an area designated in the Schedule to the French Language Services Act” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “an area designated for the purposes of clause 5 (1) (b) of the French Language Services Act”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 7 (3) of Schedule 13 to the Build Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
