Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Paragraph 1 of Part 5 of Schedule 124 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “287” and substituting “398”.

(2) Part 6 of Schedule 124 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

Essex — City of Windsor

1. That part of the westbound lanes of the King’s Highway known as No. 401 in the City of Windsor in the County of Essex beginning at a point situate 190 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 7902 (also known as Ojibway Parkway) and extending westerly for a distance of 398 metres.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
