Amending O. Reg. 282/98

(GENERAL)

1. The French version of section 23.0.8 of Ontario Regulation 282/98 is amended by striking out “en vertu duquel est fait le choix” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “par lequel il est choisi”.

2. Subsection 41 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “2024 and 2025” in the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting “2024, 2025 and 2026”.

3. Subsections 42.5 (2) and (3) of the Regulation are amended by striking out “2024 and 2025” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “2024, 2025 and 2026”.

4. Section 48.6 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “2024 and 2025” and substituting “2024, 2025 and 2026”.

5. The headings to Tables 1 to 5 to Part X of the Regulation are amended by striking out “2025” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “2026”.

Commencement

6. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
