Construction of Lake Simcoe phosphorus reduction project

1. The following municipality is prescribed for the purposes of subsection 7 (1) of the Act:

1. Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 7 (1) of Schedule 10 (Supporting Growth and Housing in York and Durham Regions Act, 2022) to the More Homes Built Faster Act, 2022 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
