Amending O. Reg. 102/72

(RESTRICTED AREAS - COUNTY OF ONTARIO (NOW THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF DURHAM), TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING (NOW THE CITY OF PICKERING))

1. Ontario Regulation 102/72 is amended by adding the following section:

122. (1) Despite any other provision of this Order, one single dwelling, together with accessory buildings and structures, is permitted on the lands described in subsection (2) if the following requirements are met:

 

Minimum lot frontage

152 metres

Minimum lot area

6 hectares

Minimum front yard setback

210 metres

Minimum rear yard setback

15 metres

Minimum north side yard setback

15 metres

Minimum south side yard setback

52 metres

Maximum lot coverage for all buildings and structures

10 per cent

(2) Subsection (1) applies to that parcel of land situated in the City of Pickering in the Regional Municipality of Durham, being the lands described as part of Lot 5, Concession 8, designated as Part 4 on Reference Plan 40R-D23 and further identified by Property Identification Number 26394-0060 (LT) registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40).

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
