Amending O. Reg. 125/25
(ZONING ORDER - COUNTY OF PRINCE EDWARD)
1. The definition of “front lot line” in section 1 of Ontario Regulation 125/25 is revoked and the following substituted:
“front lot line” means,
(a) the lot line that divides the lot from a private or public street,
(b) in the case of a corner lot where both lines are different lengths, the shorter line abutting a private or public street or, if both lines are the same length, the lot line where the principal access to the lot is provided, or
(c) in the case of a lot that traverses from a street to a lane, the lot line on the side that abuts the street.
2. Subparagraph 6 v of subsection 5 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “as long as a minimum setback of 0.5 metres from any lot line is maintained” and substituting “up to a maximum distance of 0.5 metres”.
3. Paragraph 1 of subsection 6 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “280 square metres” at the end and substituting “200 square metres”.
4. Paragraph 7 of subsection 8 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “subsection 4 (2)” and substituting “subsection 3 (2)”.

5. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
