Amending O. Reg. 431/20

(ADMINISTERING OATH OR DECLARATION REMOTELY)

1. Paragraph 1 of section 1 of Ontario Regulation 431/20 is revoked and the following substituted:

1. The oath or declaration is being administered by an electronic method of communication that allows participants to see, hear and communicate with one another in real time throughout the entire transaction.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of March 1, 2026 and the day this Regulation is filed.
