Amending O. Reg. 341/20

(ONTARIO LINE PROJECT)

1. Clause 2 (3) (a) of Ontario Regulation 341/20 is amended by striking out “under section 17 of the Endangered Species Act, 2007” and substituting “under section 22 of the Species Conservation Act, 2025”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 10 (Species Conservation Act, 2025) to the Protect Ontario by Unleashing our Economy Act, 2025 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
