Amending O. Reg. 508/18

(DESIGNATIONS UNDER PART II.3 OF THE ACT)

1. (1) Paragraph 5 of section 6 of Ontario Regulation 508/18 is revoked.

(2) Section 6 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

21.1 The Species Conservation Act, 2025.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 10 (Species Conservation Act, 2025) to the Protect Ontario by Unleashing our Economy Act, 2025 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
